A delicious Mediterranean flavor is added to these burgers by a flavorful yogurt sauce, inspired by traditional Greek tzatziki. Mix plain yogurt with feta, grated cucumber and garlic, mint, salt, and pepper, and spread on split toasted buns. Top with lean turkey patties, which complement the sauce's rich texture and richness perfectly. Top with fresh lettuce and tomato slices, and enjoy. You'll have plenty of leftover tzatziki sauce, perfect as a dip for chips.
