This salad is perfect for celebrating the end of the work week. It's juicy and bursting with flavor, thanks to sweet tomatoes, tart capers, olives, pickled peppers, and piquant watercress. The vegetables are cut into large pieces to give the salad its delicious rustic appearance. After all, in Greece, it's called a rustic salad. Dressed with olive oil and the marinade from the capers and peppers.
