This simple and filling pasta salad is filled with juicy summer vegetables. It's made with cavatappi (or corkscrew) pasta, which is boiled and mixed with tomatoes, greens, corn, and zucchini, which don't require cooking and are packed with vitamins and fiber. The dressing is made with mayonnaise and sour cream, complemented by the vibrant flavors of mustard and vinegar. This salad can be served as a side dish with meat or as a main course.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 220 g dry cavatappi pasta
- A quarter of a red onion, chopped
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 1.5 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1.5 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved or quartered if large
- 2 tbsp chopped dill or chives
- 1 ear of corn, kernels removed from the cob (about 1 cup)
- 1 medium zucchini, finely diced

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Fill a large saucepan with water, add salt, and bring to a boil. Add the cavatappi pasta and cook according to package directions. Drain and rinse the pasta under cold water. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, soak the onions in cold water for 5 minutes, then drain.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, mustard, red onion, 0.5 tsp salt and a little black pepper until smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta, tomatoes, dill, corn and zucchini to the dressing and stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
