It consists of finely diced cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, and green onions, seasoned with parsley and dill, and dressed with olive oil and lemon juice. Place 1 cup each diced cucumber, diced tomato, diced green pepper, and diced green onion in a large bowl and toss with 3 tablespoons finely chopped dill, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, the juice of 1 lemon, and 1/2 cup olive oil. Season with salt to taste.
