A great way to introduce spinach to those who don't like it, especially children, is to make meatballs. These meatballs are literally packed with the green stuff, but picky eaters won't even notice, as these healthy meatballs are served in a pita pocket with sliced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and a delicious yogurt sauce with dill. Few will resist this fast-food-like appetizer. It's very filling and delicious, and at the same time healthy, as the meatballs are made with lean turkey and enriched with fiber thanks to the spinach.
