Meatballs are nothing more than meatballs. This new word, imported from English, translates as "meatball." However, while meatballs are typically simmered in sauce, meatballs are more often baked. Prepare these small, firm meatballs and serve them on skewers as an appetizer at a party or when entertaining guests.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 900 g lean ground beef
- 250 g of minced pork
- 2 tbsp. breadcrumbs with Italian herbs
- 1 cup of milk
- 0.5 cup parsley leaves, finely chopped
- 4 medium eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 medium onion, chopped

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the ground meat, breadcrumbs, milk, parsley, eggs, garlic, and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for half an hour.
Form the meatballs and place them on a foil-lined baking sheet. - Preheat oven to 170°C.
Bake for 25 – 30 minutes depending on the size of the balls. - Insert toothpicks or skewers into the finished meatballs and serve as an appetizer.
