These sweet and chewy, bite-sized healthy snacks are packed with superfoods like honey, cranberry, and flaxseed. A couple of these for dessert or a snack is enough to satisfy your sweet tooth and boost your energy.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup coconut flakes

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. In a food processor, combine 1 cup each rolled oats and crunchy peanut butter with 1/2 cup sweetened coconut, 1/3 cup each ground flaxseed, chopped dried cranberries, and honey.
  2. Form 2.5 cm balls, then roll them in ground flaxseed. Place in the freezer to firm up. Drizzle with honey and serve.
