Make a simple vinaigrette with honey and dried cranberries and drizzle it over baby spinach until the leaves wilt slightly. Softened spinach is much easier to eat and retains a wealth of vitamins. It's the perfect side dish for any meat, poultry, or fish dish.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
