Ingredients:
- 1/4 head of red onion, cut into half rings
- 4 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 1/4 cup and 1 tbsp chopped dill
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 2 pcs. pitas or lavash
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 6 cups baby spinach
- 1/4 cucumber, cut into slices
- 1/4 cup olives
- Juice of 1 lemon

1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

- Step 1
- Soak red onion in cold water for 10 minutes. Step 2
- In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Rub the bread with some of the seasoned oil, then toss the remaining oil with the cherry tomatoes. Grill the bread in a preheated pan until grill marks appear, then tear the bread into pieces. Then grill the cherry tomatoes in the same pan. Step 3
- In a large salad bowl, combine the bread, tomatoes, spinach, cucumbers, olives, and red onion. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, and the remaining dill. Season the salad with salt and pepper.
