Ingredients:

  • 225 gr. Manchego cheese triangular piece
  • 110 g butter
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • Sweet buns for serving
  • Walnuts for decoration
  • Sea salt
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • In a small skillet, melt the butter and heat until golden brown. Slowly whisk in the honey.
  • Step 2
  • On a cutting board, slice the cheese and place each slice on a sweet bun. Drizzle with honey sauce, garnish with walnuts, and sprinkle with sea salt. Transfer to a serving platter and serve.
