  • 3 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1 thinly sliced ​​red onion
  • 1/2 seedless European cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1 small red bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 small green bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 Cubanelle pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 cup olives
  • A few sprigs of fresh parsley (about 1/2 cup)
  • 2 slices (110 g) feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano (broken in the palm of your hand)
  • Coarse salt and black pepper
  • Pita flatbreads

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. In a large bowl, combine the vegetables, olives, and parsley. Place slices of feta cheese on top of the salad.
