These Waldorf salad wraps with natural yogurt dressing and boiled chicken breast are a delicious and healthier alternative to shawarma for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up. For the dressing, it's best to use Greek yogurt, but in a pinch, you can strain the liquid from regular natural yogurt to thicken it.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt or 3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chopped thyme
- 450 g boiled skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 cm cubes.
- 0.5 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup toasted chopped walnuts
- 1 medium apple, diced (about 3/4 cup)
- 5 large romaine lettuce leaves, washed and dried
- 5 whole grain tortillas, approximately 20 cm in diameter.

Preparation:
- Step 1
- If using regular yogurt, pour it into a strainer lined with a paper towel. Place it over a bowl and refrigerate until the liquid drains and the yogurt thickens, about 30 minutes. Step 2
- In a small bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and thyme until smooth. Add the chicken, grapes, walnuts, and apples. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Step 3
- Place 1 lettuce leaf on the tortilla. Add about 3/4 cup of chicken salad and roll the tortilla into a log.
