- 1 large red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
- 1 cup of shredded cabbage and carrot mixture (pack tightly)
- 3 green onions, sliced at an angle
- 1/2 cup plum sauce
- 2 cups basil leaves (loosely packed)
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce (cut in half again)
- 1/2 seedless cucumber, sliced

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Slice the chicken into thin strips and sprinkle with grill seasoning.
Heat a large frying pan over high heat. Pour in the vegetable oil, then add the chicken. Fry for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the ginger, garlic, pepper, cabbage, carrots, and green onions.
