Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, chili powder, paprika, cumin, and some salt and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is coated, browned, and cooked through, 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
  • Step 2
  • To prepare the dressing, in a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, adobo sauce, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and black pepper to taste until smooth. Add the lettuce and toss to coat. Then add 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese and toss again.
  • Step 3
  • Place the tortillas on each half of the tortilla and top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar, and chicken. Sprinkle each half with 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.
  • Step 4
  • Roll the tortillas, leaving one end open, then wrap them in sandwich paper, leaving about 5 cm (2 inches) open at the top. Enjoy, peeling the paper as needed. If taking them to go, wrap each wrap completely in foil.
