A delicious, very filling, and fiber-rich salad can be created by combining cooked and well-chilled pasta, such as farfalle or bow tie, with a prepared salad mix of chopped Brussels sprouts and kale, and adding crushed pita chips, which also add a pleasant crunch. This is a great way to use up leftover pasta. The Caesar dressing infuses the salad with a vibrant, multifaceted flavor. Don't forget the shaved Parmesan cheese for a Mediterranean flair.
