In a large bowl, combine 10 ounces (280 g) of trimmed Brussels sprouts, 1 cup (1/2 cup) of halved grapes, and 1/2 cup (1/2 cup) of chopped toasted pecans. Chop and fry 2 thin slices of bacon in a skillet with olive oil for about 5 minutes. Add 1 chopped shallot and cook until softened, about 3 minutes. Stir in 3 tablespoons (300 ml) of red wine vinegar and 2 teaspoons (200 ml) of mustard. Arrange on top of the Brussels sprouts. Season with salt and pepper and toss the salad.
