A recipe for a kohlrabi and Savoy cabbage salad dressed with Dijon mustard and lemon juice.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 small head kohlrabi or young white turnip, shredded
  • 1/4 head of Savoy cabbage
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 cup chopped dill
  • 1/2 head of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 3 tbsp. l. olive oil

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Prepare the dressing in a salad bowl: Mix lemon juice, dill, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt and ground pepper with olive oil.

    Add kohlrabi and savoy cabbage, season with salt and pepper to taste.
