A recipe for a red cabbage salad with grapes, dressed with Dijon mustard and apple cider vinegar.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1/2 head of red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 2 cups fresh black grapes, seedless, cut in half
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 6 green onions, cut into rings
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Prepare the salad dressing: In a large salad bowl, combine apple cider vinegar, mustard, sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Add red cabbage, parsley, green onions and grapes, mix. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
