This vibrant and juicy, vitamin-packed salad is made with finely shredded red cabbage, green onions, cilantro, and basil, dressed with a sweet-and-tart peanut butter sauce instead of traditional mayonnaise. Choose a peanut butter sauce without added salt, as the other ingredients already contain salt. A touch of soy sauce, dark sesame oil, honey, hot mustard, lime juice, and freshly grated ginger give the dressing a wonderful Asian flavor.
