How can you not love a crunchy, salty snack that's also healthy?! Especially when it's incredibly easy to make, consisting of just cabbage leaves, oil, and a pinch of spices. Cheap, quick, and delicious, kale chips are the perfect way to satisfy your craving for something crunchy and salty without harming your figure or stomach. Cabbage leaves are torn into convenient little pieces (remember to trim off any thick veins) and microwaved for a few minutes. The chips are light as air, ultra-crisp, and impossible to stop eating.

Recipe:
Trim the large white veins from 8 red cabbage leaves. Tear the leaves into 4-cm (1.5-inch) pieces. Working in batches, arrange the cabbage pieces in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate sprayed with cooking spray. Spray the leaves with cooking spray, then sprinkle with salt and mustard powder. Microwave until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Transfer the chips to a wire rack and cool. If they are still soft, return them to the plate and microwave again for 30 seconds.
