If you prefer healthy eating, kale chips are a great alternative to potato snacks. This type of cabbage is rich in vitamins, beneficial minerals, and amino acids. A blend of barbecue spices adds just the right amount of savory flavor.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


Kale chips

  • 1 bunch kale, washed and dried (about 450 g)

BBQ Seasoning

  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 2 tablespoons ground chili pepper
  • 2 tbsp. l. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • Mix all ingredients

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat oven to 135°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Remove the tough stems from the kale and discard. Tear the kale leaves into small pieces. Place the kale on the prepared baking sheet and spray evenly with cooking spray.

  3. Bake until browned around the edges, 18-20 minutes, stirring halfway through. Sprinkle the kale chips with barbecue seasoning and serve.
