Kale seems to be all the rage, and I'm not left out. I love these "chips" for their combination of sweet, salty, and savory flavors. They're the perfect crunchy snack between meals, and they're also packed with nutrients, especially vitamin K. "K" stands for kale!
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 3 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1.5 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 450 g kale, washed, stems removed, torn or cut into 2.5 cm pieces.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 180°C with a rack in the center.
- In a large bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Add the kale and toss to combine.
- Spread on a large baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 16-20 minutes, turning once, until crisp.
