Time: 10 min.
Complexity: easily
Quantity: 1 cocktail

This drink's recipe comes from Malibu Farm, a restaurant whose cocktails feature a fruit and vegetable theme. As the name suggests, this Margarita features kale as its base. For a striking presentation, consider using a trendy mason jar, lining the top with black salt, instead of a glass. Garnish the cocktail with a curly kale leaf and enjoy sipping through a straw, feeling like you're part of a healthy lifestyle.

The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:

1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
