Sweet, crisp apple is a pleasant surprise in this Asian salad. It pairs beautifully with crisp wonton strips, toasted almonds, and a sweet-tart sesame-ginger dressing. And the juicy leaves of small kale serve as the backdrop. They're so tender that, unlike traditional kale, they don't require cooking.
