Recipe for Cleopatra salad with beans, apples and beets.


Ingredients:

  • Beans - about 300 grams
  • Boiled beets - 170 grams
  • Two apples
  • To taste - ground pepper and salt
  • Olive oil - about 85 ml
  • Vinegar 3% - two tablespoons
  • A bunch of fresh dill
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Soak the beans in cold water for eight hours, then cook until done, about an hour and thirty minutes.
  • Step 2
  • At the end of cooking, add salt to the beans and then drain the water.
  • Step 3
  • Peel the boiled beets and apples and cut into thin slices.
  • Step 4
  • Place all ingredients in a salad bowl, namely beets, beans and apples.
  • Step 5
  • Add salt to taste, sprinkle with a little ground pepper and pour in the vinegar and olive oil.
  • Step 6
  • Mix the salad carefully and sprinkle with pre-chopped dill.
