Beef and Bean Salad


How to Make Beef and Bean Salad

A recipe for a salad with beef, beans, Chinese cabbage, and croutons. Served with mayonnaise dressing.


Ingredients:

  • 250 g red beans
  • 250 g of boiled beef
  • 100 gr. Chinese cabbage
  • 150 g of white bread
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 80 g butter
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt and spices to taste
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Chop the garlic, mix with vegetable oil, add salt and spices.
  • Step 2
  • Cut the bread into cubes, sprinkle with oil and spices and dry in the oven (at 160°C) for 30 minutes.
  • Step 3
  • Cut the meat into cubes.
  • Step 4
  • Cut the cabbage into thin strips.
  • Step 5
  • Place the beans in a colander and rinse under running water. Let the water drain completely.
  • Step 6
  • Mix all ingredients and dress the salad with mayonnaise.
