Beef and Bean Salad

A recipe for a salad with beef, beans, Chinese cabbage, and croutons. Served with mayonnaise dressing.
Ingredients:
- 250 g red beans
- 250 g of boiled beef
- 100 gr. Chinese cabbage
- 150 g of white bread
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 80 g butter
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salt and spices to taste
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:
- Step 1
- Chop the garlic, mix with vegetable oil, add salt and spices. Step 2
- Cut the bread into cubes, sprinkle with oil and spices and dry in the oven (at 160°C) for 30 minutes. Step 3
- Cut the meat into cubes. Step 4
- Cut the cabbage into thin strips. Step 5
- Place the beans in a colander and rinse under running water. Let the water drain completely. Step 6
- Mix all ingredients and dress the salad with mayonnaise.
