Recipe warm salad with rice noodles, beef, tomatoes and green beans.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 250 g beef
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g green beans
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 20 g ginger
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Rice noodles
  • Salt to taste

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Cut the frozen beef into thin strips. Halve the tomatoes and chop the garlic. Peel and chop the ginger.
  2. Fry the beef in oil for 3 minutes, add the garlic and beans, stir, and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the ginger and tomatoes and cook for another 3 minutes.

  3. Place rice noodles in boiling water and leave for 5 minutes, then drain the water.
  4. Combine all ingredients.
