In a large bowl, combine 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1/3 cup rice vinegar, 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, and 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil.

Break two 90g (3.5oz) packages of instant Doshirak noodles (remove seasoning packets). Add the dried noodles to the salad dressing along with one 450g (16oz) package of chopped coleslaw (broccoli, carrots, and onions), 1 cup of julienned snap peas, 3/4 cup of toasted almond slices, and 4 green onions, chopped. Season with salt and pepper and toss. Let the salad sit for 1-2 hours before serving.
