Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. l. rice vinegar
  • 4 tsp sesame oil
  • 4 teaspoons of honey
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 2 cups thinly sliced ​​shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 shallot, thinly sliced
  • 2 heads of broccoli, separated into florets and coarsely chopped
  • Vegetable oil
  • Sesame
  • Fresh red chilli pepper, remove seeds and stem, cut into thin slices
