Recipe for baked broccoli with parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.


Ingredients:

  • 1 small head of broccoli, separated into florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1/3 tbsp. grated parmesan
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 5 - 10 ml olive oil
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Place the baking tray in the lower part of the oven and preheat the oven to 230°C.

    Bring salted water to a boil, blanch broccoli and garlic for 1 minute; drain in a colander.

    Toss the broccoli with olive oil, a little Parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs, season with salt and pepper. Place on a hot baking sheet and top with the remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.

    Place the baking sheet with broccoli in the oven and bake until golden brown, 15 minutes.
