Broccoli and Cheddar Cheese Frittata - A Detailed Recipe.


Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 5 sprigs of parsley, chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced white bread
  • 2 cups boiled broccoli or cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cheese Cheddar or Gruyere
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, parsley, salt, and pepper. Add the bread and broccoli or cauliflower. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan, add the egg mixture, and cook over high heat for 2 minutes. Reduce the heat to low, sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese, cover, and continue cooking for 10 minutes. Slice the frittata and arrange among serving bowls.
