A recipe for the Italian dish "Frittata" - a baked omelette with bread cubes, cheese, pulp and yellow zucchini flowers.

Soak 1/2 cup of cubed bread in 1/2 cup of milk for 5 minutes. Beat 4 eggs with salt and black pepper.
Add 1/4 cup each chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese, 6 peeled zucchini flowers, 1 grated garlic clove, and 1 grated yellow zucchini. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a small ovenproof skillet, add the egg mixture, and cook for 5 minutes.
Then bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius until fully cooked. Cut the frittata into portions.
