This ham and cheese frittata, filled with healthy broccoli, is perfect for brunch, and leftovers can be served for lunch with a light green salad. Its winning combination of cheese and ham is the perfect complement. Another plus for this frittata is its ease of preparation: simply mix all the ingredients, add them to the pan, and the oven does the rest. Serve the sliced frittata warm or, for a Mediterranean twist, chilled.

- Pour the mixture into a 25cm (10-inch) oven-safe nonstick frying pan. Bake until the eggs are set and no longer jiggly in the center, 50-55 minutes. Let the frittata rest for 5 minutes before transferring to a serving platter. Slice and serve.
