The base of this dish is instant noodles. It transforms a simple student lunch into a delicious casserole filled with healthy broccoli and chicken. Store-bought rotisserie chicken is also used, making the dish completely hassle-free. The dry noodles are placed in a baking dish, covered with a quick sauce made from cream cheese and milk, and topped with pieces of rotisserie chicken, broccoli, and grated cheddar. The casserole is baked until the noodles are cooked through and the cheese is melted. A great way to make instant noodles more filling and healthier.
