The base of this delicious, aromatic Japanese-style dish is simple instant noodles! Throw away the seasoning packets—you won't need them. Instead, shiitake mushrooms, fried bacon, shrimp, and sauces will impart a captivating flavor. Everything is cooked in chicken broth in minutes, and the ramen's flavor is so rich, it's as if it's been simmered for a long time. A perfect treat for holidays and special occasions.
