  • 4 tsp sesame oil
  • 1.5 tsp sugar

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 5 stalks of celery
  • 1 daikon radish
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 red jalapeno peppers
  • Coriander greens (cilantro)
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • In a bowl, combine rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, ginger, lemon juice, and salt. Cut the celery stalks, daikon radish, carrots, and red jalapeño pepper into long, thin strips. Toss the vegetables with the dressing and add the shrimp. Sprinkle the vegetable and shrimp salad with cilantro.
