This dish is made with a frozen stir-fry mix. It typically includes vegetables such as bell peppers, broccoli, green beans, and carrots. Sauté the vegetable mix in a sweet and sour sauce and add crispy deep-fried shrimp from the prepared foods section. Serve the stir-fry with cooked white rice.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 2 packages (250 g each) of large, cleaned shrimp
  • 1 package (400g) frozen stir-fry vegetable mix, thawed
  • 1 cup sweet, sour and hot sauce
  • 3 cups of boiled rice
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Cook the shrimp according to package directions and keep warm. Place a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the oil and vegetable mixture and cook, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes. Add the sweet and sour sauce.
  2. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add the shrimp, toss to coat, and serve the stir-fry with rice.
