Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Cut the green beans into 5 cm (2 in) pieces at an angle. Place them in a frying pan. Add water and salt to taste and cook for 5 minutes, then drain.
- Place the pan back on the stove and add vegetable oil. Heat the pan over high heat until the oil begins to smoke.
Place the beans and red pepper in a frying pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, and transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
