Here's a great way to enhance the flavor of any stir-fry, especially if you're making it with vegetables and meat scraps that have been sitting in the fridge for a while. You can use half of this sauce as a marinade for the meat before adding it to the pan. This sauce also works well as a dip, for example, for Chinese dumplings.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1/4 cup lightly salted soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp. l. rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dark sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, grated (or 0.5 tsp granulated garlic)
  • 2.5 cm ginger root, peeled and grated (about 2 tsp or 0.5 tsp ground ginger)
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • A pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
