This dish takes no more than 10 minutes to prepare. Shredded Brussels sprouts and thinly sliced mushrooms are fried in a hot pan until golden brown, then mixed with garlic, fish sauce, and sweet chili sauce in the same pan. The quick stir-frying preserves the vegetables' juiciness and most of their nutrients, and the Asian sauce delivers a burst of flavor, complemented by refreshing mint and spicy cilantro.

In a skillet with vegetable oil, fry 12 oz (340 g) of shredded Brussels sprouts, 4 oz (110 g) of thinly sliced mushrooms, and a pinch of salt for 5-6 minutes, stirring halfway through. Set the vegetables aside. Add 1 tsp (1 teaspoon) of vegetable oil and 1 minced garlic clove; fry for 20 seconds. Add 3 tbsp (3 tablespoons) of Asian sweet chili sauce and 1 tbsp (1 tablespoon) of fish sauce; stir. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and mint.
