Sesame oil

Sesame oil is an edible vegetable oil extracted from sesame seeds. It is virtually odorless and has a faint nutty aroma. It comes in light or dark (pressed from roasted sesame seeds).

Light sesame oil produces less soot when heated, making it suitable for deep-frying.
