- 1 clove of garlic

- A pinch of salt and sugar
- Roasted sesame seeds

1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

- Boil broccoli in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a food processor, combine the ginger, garlic, 2 tablespoons of water, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and a pinch of salt and sugar. Drizzle over the broccoli and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
