How to cook - Broccoli with garlic in the oven
Time: 25 min.
Complexity: easily
Servings: 4

The easiest and quickest way to prepare a delicious broccoli side dish is to roast the florets in the oven at a high temperature until golden brown in places—it looks absolutely delicious. And the aroma of garlic, mixed with the broccoli before roasting, will leave no one indifferent. Use not only the beautiful florets but also the very healthy, fiber-rich stems, peeled first. The vegetables are tossed with olive oil and spices, baked, and served immediately.
