Cut 1 head of broccoli into florets, peel the stems, and slice thinly. Place in a steamer basket set over boiling water, cover, and cook for 5 minutes. Transfer the broccoli to a bowl and toss with 1 teaspoon sesame oil and 1 tablespoon sesame seeds. Mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon each Sriracha sauce, lemon juice, and salt. Drizzle the dressing over the broccoli.
