Recipe for a side dish of baked broccoli with garlic and green onions.


Ingredients:

  • 1 large bunch broccoli, stems separated, cut into 7cm lengths.
  • 3 cloves of garlic, crushed with salt with a knife blade
  • 3 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 feathers green onions, or more if desired, cut into 7 cm skewers.
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • A pinch of dried red pepper flakes pepper
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 230°C.

    Toss broccoli, garlic, and red pepper flakes with sesame oil. Spread on a hot baking sheet; roast for 15 minutes.

    Top with soy sauce and sprinkle with green onions.
