Golden baked cauliflower is packed with a wealth of harmoniously balanced flavors, thanks to extra-virgin olive oil, garlic, red pepper, salt, and thyme. Before roasting, separate the head into small florets. Arrange them on a baking sheet, being careful not to overcrowd them so that all the pieces are separated. This will help them brown better on all sides and make them more appetizing. This cauliflower can be served as a side dish with meat dishes or as a healthy snack that will fly off the table like popcorn!



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 head cauliflower (about 1 kg), cut into bite-sized florets (about 8 cups)
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons coarse salt
  • 2 tsp coarsely chopped fresh thyme leaves

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat oven to 230°C.
