Cauliflower with spicy avocado dipping sauce - a detailed recipe.


Ingredients:

  • 1 large head of cauliflower weighing 900 g, florets cut into 4 cm long pieces.
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese mascarpone (approx. 115 gr.), room temperature
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 Cyrano chilli pepper, stem removed, halved lengthwise and seeds removed
  • Fine salt and freshly ground black pepper
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Purée 1 diced avocado, cream cheese, cilantro, lime juice and Cyrano chili in a blender for 1 minute; season with salt and ground pepper.

    Serve avocado dipping sauce with cauliflower.
