An everyday vegetable dish made with baked broccoli. Serve with a drizzle of orange juice and crumble with feta cheese.

Trim 2 heads of broccoli; cut into thick wedges, leaving the stems on (some florets will fall off). Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Roast the broccoli on a preheated baking sheet at 450°F (230°C) until browned, 15 minutes. Whisk together 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons blood orange juice, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice; season with salt and dried pepper flakes. Drizzle the mixture over the roasted broccoli; serve with parsley, red onion, and feta cheese.
