A side dish recipe made with boiled broccoli and lemon juice, flavored with garlic and anchovies.


Ingredients:

  • 1 large bunch broccoli, florets cut short, stems peeled and sliced
  • 3-5 anchovy fillets, chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, plus a little for drizzling
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • A pinch of dried red pepper flakes pepper
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Boil broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes; drain in a colander.
  • Step 2
  • Heat anchovies, garlic, and sweet pepper flakes in a skillet over medium heat with olive oil for 30 seconds. Stir in broccoli, drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt, and drizzle with olive oil.
