These delicious and juicy broccoli and cauliflower patties can be served as an appetizer with a dipping sauce or as a side dish to a meat dish. The perfect proportions of vegetables, eggs, breadcrumbs, and cheese ensure the "mince" is just the right amount of sticky, and the patties hold their shape well.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:

3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, eggs, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, capers, if using, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Mix everything together with your hands until it forms a sticky paste.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into patties about 5 cm in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the patties for 15 minutes, then turn them over and bake for another 15 minutes.
